In Matthew 25:41, it says, “that one day, all evil will be done away with. Until that day we can rely on God’s grace. He doesn’t always prevent tragedy, but his grace will always see us through it.”God sees things differently from human beings. According to the Bible, no one can be exempt from life challenges, including the righteous and the chosen ones (1 Peter 1:3-9). As the righteous “persevere” at righteousness “under trial,” they will earn the approval from God and “receive the crown of life,” namely the admission ticket to Heaven (James 1:12; 1 Peter 1:3-9). It’s comforting to know that “God promises to make something good out of the storm” and “Even in darkness light dawns” for those who remain righteous, tender, and compassionate in any circumstances (Roman 8: 28; Psalm 112:3-5).According to the Bible, every individual will encounter life challenges. It is just some people hide their tears from you. False beliefs are pernicious. People doom to suffer if they embrace habitual dichotomous thinking or catastrophic thinking. Learn from history. Learn from every encounter. Life troubles are the best teachers. Life challenges come with lifetime benefits. We can only witness unconditional love in the hard times. Life troubles teach us to be humble and compassionate. Life troubles teach us not to be judgmental.Mental health crisis is sweeping on a global scale, because the core value of capitalism is incompatible with what human truly needs. Money cannot buy inner peace or unconditional love. Money incurs fair-weather friends, frenemies, and snobs. If you believe in luck and miracles, be aware of the seven deadly sins. People fail to understand the danger of pride. Pride is identified as the capital sin in the Bible. A sense of superiority potentially gives rise to various forms of conflict, violence, and bullying, such as racism. It’s a hard truth that we are living in a world that prioritizes the value of wealth accumulation and personal ambitions. We are living in a world where people have low interest in sharing, helping, and volunteering. Instead of supporting each other, people aim to be superior to others. Are we surrounded by snobs? Are we one of them? People are being impatient with what they want out of life. People are dying for more praise. People fail to live on their own terms due to the fear of being excluded or devalued.
